Katie has also worked vigorously to build a diverse network of real estate professionals including fellow attorneys, developers, community leaders, city planners, lenders, brokers, appraisers, architects, engineers, and landmen.  As a Colorado native and daughter of Denver city planners, Katie is personally connected to the real estate transactions that shape our community, and if she doesn’t know the history of a property, she knows someone that does!  Katie is a self-proclaimed title nerd and relishes in the details of documents, nuances found in extensive research, and the satisfaction of communication through writing.

 

When Katie isn’t drafting title opinions, you will likely find her hands full of flowers in her side business as a wedding florist.  She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys partaking in many of Colorado’s outdoor activities—from skiing in the winter, to hiking and rafting throughout the state in the summer. Katie is also an avid reader, traveler, and gardener.
