Firm licensed in North Dakota and Additional Wyoming Attorney

Stengel Hoppe LLP has expanded its oil and gas title practice to including North Dakota. Both Jeff Stengel and Matt Hoppe are now licensed in North Dakota as of October, 2019. In addition, Ethan Larson, associate attorney with the firm since 2017, is now also licensed in Wyoming. The addition of North Dakota expands upon our firm’s current practice in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.

Our firm is currently accepting title opinion requests for the Powder River Basin, Green River Basin, Denver Basin in Wyoming, and in North Dakota for the Williston Basin and the Bakken Shale.
